Performance Business Design was founded in 2010 by Michael Emerald.  Michael spent 30 years as a Wall Street Securities analyst in downtown Boston, where he learned how successful corporations become that way.  Performance Business Design works with small to mid-sized businesses to increase profits 10% by finding opportunities in our 12-Point Performance Check, and then collaborating with the owner and his or her employees to improve them.  Afterwards, we stay in touch throughout the year to ensure plans reach consummation.  Below, meet our staff:

Rose Cammarata

Administrative Assistant

Rose has participated in a broad range of financial, retail and banking industries, primarily in an executive administrative position.  In addition, she’s particpated in two small business start-ups.  At Performance Business Design Rose is responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing much of our marketing material.  In addition she is part of the business development team. Rose has been with us since our inception.

Sharon Kania
Marketing Director

Sharon has served in various accounting positions at companies both large and small.  Besides serving as Marketing Director for Performance Business Design, Sharon also is an antiques and fine art dealer, both in the US and Europe.  She also is active in real estate foreclosures and micro-cap investing.
